If the format of your documents in the software has changed and even displays differently for other users when they view the case this will be because you have set another program as your default to view them, to correct this follow the below steps :
Still in the Remote Desktop (cloud) on the desktop Right Click on a document.
Select Open With and choose Word or your default program.
This will now change your chosen program once Fusion is launched again.
