If the zip file doesn't get created, you need to check the selected documents for the following:
The file description/name is too long, max is 256 including spaces.
All documents have a unique name.
Any unusual characters in the file name/description.
These limitations are Windows based not an issue with the product.
If it still doesn't zip after checking the above:
Check for any column filters that are in place and remove them.
