Word document got stuck generating

When connected to hosted environment, there are instances where Word may fail to open correctly during the process of generating a document.

If you find yourself in this situation, do the following:

  1. Hover over the FED or LAD icon on the bottom of your screen.

  2. Hold Shift and Right-Click.
