Black screen signing into Access Legal Fusion servers

Why do I have a black screen trying to sign into Access Legal Fusion? Why can't I see anything when connecting to Access Legal Fusion?

If you are a hosted client, i.e. Access Legal Fusion manages your servers, you will need to contact support. Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

If Access Legal Fusion does not manage your servers, you will need to contact your IT support to get you logged out.
​
This issue is caused by not signing out correctly.


This may be because you were disconnected or you did not use the Sign Out button when ending your session.
