If you are a hosted client, i.e. Access Legal Fusion manages your servers, you will need to contact support. Please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
If Access Legal Fusion does not manage your servers, you will need to contact your IT support to get you logged out.
This issue is caused by not signing out correctly.
This may be because you were disconnected or you did not use the Sign Out button when ending your session.
