Using Direct WebMail, Outlook Web Access

How do I set up Direct Web Mail, Outlook Web Access.

You can access the Access Legal Fusion Direct hosted e-mail option from the Microsoft Outlook software on our servers, your mobile phone device, and a web browser, to allow for complete and total access even if you can't log on to the remote servers directly.

Note: To set this up, you'll need a compatible and up-to-date web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.


To access the service, you'll need your e-mail address and password.

  1. Click the link for the service you use, below:

    If you are unsure on which link you should select, contact the support team and they will be able to advise of the correct link to use.

  2. In Username, enter your e-mail address.

  3. Enter the Password then click Sign in.

  4. If using the system from your personal private computer, click Private otherwise click Public.

  5. To open the mailbox, click Log On/Sign In.

Tip: Don't forget to log out when you're finished.
