If connecting to the 2019 hosted servers, you need to map local printers via the remote desktop connection. This means you need to uninstall the Screwdrivers program.
In Windows Search, search for and click Add or remove programs.
Under Apps & Features, select the Screwdrivers client program.
Click on the entry and then click Uninstall.
Click Remove.
On the next window, click Remove.
