Unable to open the Fee Earner Desktop - sequence contains no elements

Get a message stating sequence contains no elements when opening Fee Earner Desktop

Request a user with Admin Privilege's follows the below steps

  1. Click on Admin Followed by Administrators Desktop

  2. Click on User Manager

  3. Find the user's name, click on this and then Edit User

  4. Ensure the is no space in between the users first and second name in the user profile.
