Unable to access Access Legal Fusion after a Windows 11 update

Access Legal Fusion window keeps loading without opening the program.

If you're unable to load Access Legal Fusion following the Windows update, follow the steps below:

  1. In your desktop toolbar, search Registry Editor and then click Open.

  2. From the left-hand side, double-click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

  3. Click SOFTWARE and then click Policies.

  4. Click Microsoft and then click Windows NT.

  5. Click Terminal Services and then click Client.

  6. To create a new file, in the blank space, right-click and select New.

  7. Click DWORD (32-bit) Value.

  8. Rename the file as fClientDisableUDP.

  9. Right-click on fClientDisableUDP file then click Modify.

  10. In the Value data field, delete 0 and type in 1.

  11. Click OK.

  12. Re-open Access Legal Fusion.
