The fee earner desktop is stuck on the task bar

FED will not maximise. Fee Earner Desktop will not show but it is open. FED minimised on the task bar.

If the Fee Earner Desktop (FED) is open but will not display, so it is only showing on the task bar, then the below instructions should correct this:

  1. Hold the Shift key.

  2. Using the mouse, right-click over the FED icon whilst the Shift key is pressed.

  3. Then select Maximise.

FED should now maximise and appear as normal.
