If this error appears when a new Excel document has been added to a step in a chart then please see the instructions below detailing how to correct this:

  1. In FED go to the Admin tab and click Procedure File Maintenance.

  2. Double-click the chart icon that the document has been added to.

  3. Click the Setup tab and select Documents.

  4. In the list of documents right-click over the Excel document in question and select View.

  5. Once opened, click the + icon located to the right of the Sheet 1 tab located bottom-left of the screen to create a second sheet.

  6. Click back to Sheet 1 and copy all of the content and paste it into Sheet 2.

  7. Click back into Sheet1 and delete all of the content, so it is now completely blank.

  8. Right-click over the Sheet 1 tab and select Hide, so only Sheet 2 is showing.

  9. Sheet 2 can be renamed by right-clicking over the Sheet 2 tab and selecting Rename.

  10. Finally, click the save icon.

Now when producing the document, it should generate without error.
