To configure access to the Access Legal Fusion desktop, please see the instructions below:
📌Note: Before attempting the below please ensure you have your username and password.
In the Windows search bar type Remote Desktop Connection then select it from the search results.
Click the arrow pointing down to Show Options.
In the Computer field type portal-cb.lawfusion.co.uk.
In the User Name field type selectlegalsyst\.
Then after the \ symbol type your name with no spaces.
Click the Advanced tab then click Settings.
Click the radio button Use these RD Gateway server settings:
In the Server Name field type portal-gw.lawfusion.co.uk
If it's ticked, untick Bypass RD Gateway server for local addresses.
Under the Logon Settings section tick the box next to Use my RD Gateway credentials for the remote computer then click OK.
If you wish to save your logon details, tick Allow me to save credentials.
Click the General tab again then click the Save As.
From the Quick Access section click Desktop.
In the File name field type Lawfusion then click Save.
This will create the icon on your desktop that you use to access Lawfusion. If you have ticked the box to save your login credentials then it will log you straight in otherwise, you will need to enter the password supplied.
