Set up a template in the marketing module

Set up a template with the file format .docx in addition to .doc in the Marketing module. How to set up a template.

To set up a template in the marketing module, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a word .docx file and save it to your PC.

  2. Go to FED ribbon, Firm and then Marketing.

  3. Click New Mailshot Template.

  4. Complete blue mandatory fields and click Apply.

  5. Click Manage Documents.

  6. Click New.

  7. Within the filename field, click the ... button.

  8. Browse to the location of your .docx file and select it.

πŸ“ŒNote: The company must be upgraded to use the latest Office version. This can be done via company setup and file menu.
