It's possible for key dates relevant to the case, such as a limitation date, date of birth, date of death, date of the accident, etc., to be displayed on the Case Details screen. This article explains how to do these using Reminders.
The following information is required:
A question asking for a date.
A suitably named step in the Reminders section.
A Key date reminder task.
Within the Conveyancing environment, the Completion date doesn't require a specific reminder. However, it's useful to include the date. A key date reminder is generated for the actual Completion date and displayed on the Case Details screen.
Set up the relevant question.
Insert it into the relevant area.
Create a suitably named step within the Reminders section.
In the appropriate step, below the question, add a Key date reminder task.
The reminder is about the Reminder step and needs to be set to remind users zero days after the date of the question
