Occasionally when connecting to the Access Legal Fusion Direct service, there may be scrollbars around the remote desktop viewer even when in full-screen mode. To remove this, follow the steps below:
On your desktop, right-click the remote desktop viewer shortcut.
Click Edit then click Options.
Click the Display tab.
Move Screen Size to Full Screen.
Click the General tab then click Save.
The scrollbar no longer appears on your remote desktop viewer.
