If you have found that incorrect AML checks have been uploaded for a contact, follow the below steps:
Search for the Contact in the Contact Browse or locate them on the case.
Click Edit or Edit Contact respectively.
Click on the AML Checks button on the left-hand side.
Double click on the incorrect evidence that was uploaded.
Click on the Set N/A button on the top right.
This will update the check, stating that it is canceled, by who, and when.
Click Ok to return back to the Contact's information.
The check will now not appear by default in the AML Checks area.
šNote: You can see all removed AML Checks by ticking the Show N/A box at the bottom of the AML Checks screen.
