Re-enable the icons of the documents

The document icons are missing.

  1. Go to file.

  2. Go to options.

  3. Go to general.

  4. Go to Access Legal Fusion color scheme and change this to anything other then Bezier.

  5. Close and reopen Access Legal Fusion.
