Provide third party access to log support cases

We'd like to give third-party access to our IT company so they can log cases regarding our Access Legal Fusion system.

We understand that sometimes, you may require third-party companies IT to log support cases regarding your Access Legal Fusion system.

To set this up, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant, then ask a question and type Speak to a human to be connected directly to the Support team.

  2. Add the completed letter of authority form to the case.

⚠️Warning: If your third-party access requirements change at any time, you'll need to let us know.


We'll require at least five days' notice to withdraw access to the third party.
