Please follow the steps below detailing how to produce a report showing the transactions on a client matter; this report can contain data for more than one matter if required.
In FED, click the Reports tab and then click Ledger Print.
If data for one matter only is required then enter the account reference and click the OK button and please skip to step 6.
If data for more than one matter for the client is required then click the Multi-Select button.
In the Account Selection window click the Search button to enter the search criteria, such as client name, and click Search.
From the search results, using the -- > control, include the matters you wish to include in the report. Then click the Use Selected button.
Select the required options for the Report Style and Report Criteria, and then click View.
A PDF will then be produced, if more than one matter was included, then you will notice on the top-left of the screen you can switch between them. This report can then be printed or saved.
