Print a single ledger
To print the ledger for the current matter in the Fee Earner Desktop, Follow the steps below.
On the Reports tab, click the Ledger Print option in the Accounts Reports group on the left of the Ribbon.
Under Report style, click the radio buttons to select:
Ledger style
Running Balance.
Under Report Criteria, select the date range. Click the radio buttons to select:
the sequence required.
whether to exclude reversals
if the report should show the Date posted.
Click the radio buttons to select which transactions to include.
Click View to preview the report.
Click Print to print the report (the default printer is automatically selected)
Click Save to save the ledger print to the Print spooler (Print Spooler option available on the Reports tab, in the 'Other Reports' group on the Ribbon
Print multiple account ledgers
To print multiple account ledgers, you need to close any matter on screen.
Click the Ledger Print option in the Accounts Reports group on the left of the Ribbon.
In the Client Ledger Print box, click Multi-select.
Enter an account reference directly by selecting Manual Account Add and typing the account reference required then ADD, or click Search to find the required matters. Once the list of matters show in the left-hand pane, click >> to add all into the right-hand 'Selected' pane.
If all the matters listed in the left-hand pane are not required, then individual matters can be added to the 'Selected' pane by clicking on each to highlight them, then click --> to move to the 'Selected Pane'.
Once all Account references have been selected, click Use Selected.
The options are then the same for printing a single ledger print.
