If you cannot find your printer when trying to print something inside the Fee Earner Desktop, please follow the next steps:
Outside the Remote Desktop, go to your Start button.
Type in Printers & Scanners and select your default printer.
Click Manage and then click Set as default.
Close the window.
Log out and then into to your Fee Earner Desktop.
