Outlook is not up-to-date

I have had no new mail recently and my Inbox is not up to date. How to refresh Outlook inbox.

If you have not had any recent mail and you think that your mailbox is not in sync please send a test email for confirmation.

To resolve this please follow the steps below:

  1. Select the Send/Receive tab in Outlook.

  2. Select Update Folder to refresh your mailbox.

If this does not resolve your problem and you require assistance please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
