Outlook closes and then forces Safe Mode

Outlook closes and open again in safe mode. My Outlook is not responding correctly . I can't view my shared mailboxes in my Outlook.

If your Outlook is not operating as it should, we advise a Profile Rebuild to refresh your account.

To perform the profile re-build, follow the steps below:

  1. In the search bar on your desktop, search for and open Control Panel.

  2. Click Mail 32 bit and then click Setup multiple profiles of email accounts.

  3. Click Add and then enter a new name for the profile.

  4. Enter the email credential and then return to the Account Setup screen.

  5. Select the new profile and then select Always use this profile.
