Outlook cant send emails due to attachment size

am trying to send a document in Outlook but keep getting Delivery Failed due to the attachment size.

If you are having problems sending files via Outlook and receive a Delivery Failed Due To Size message please try the following :

  1. Check the format in which the file is saved, most documents are saved as .doc or .docx files.

  2. If this still is too large we recommend sending the files via a file-sharing site such as Dropbox.

  3. If a file is slightly over the 20 MB limit in place by Microsoft you could attempt to Zip the file before sending it to reduce the size slightly.
