Outlook add Ins enabled but not showing

Why are my add ins not showing even if they are enabled in Outlook?

If your Outlook Exchange Law Fusion add ins are enabled in Options, but still not showing, please follow the next steps:

  1. Click on the search bar in Start and type in Registration Settings, then click on the app

  2. A small window called Registration Form will appear, please fill in the two fields with any random information such as 1 and 2, and then click Ok

  3. Another window will appear called Registration Settings where you have to make sure the Email is active for user box is ticked

  4. Click Ok

  5. A final window will appear that says Registration settings successfully saved where you have to click Ok

  6. After that, please close down your Outlook and then re-open.

⚠️Warning: This fix works only when the add ins are already enabled in Outlook Exchange.
