Benefits of the dashboard
Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime. Monitor the status of your products by using the status dashboard.
The dashboard enables you to:
Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents. You can register for alerts on the dashboard itself.
Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work.
Have a central view of current and historical events.
Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures.

Select your Timezone in the Top right-hand of the screen:
The Dashboard will show you a rolling 7 days of product performance and you will see different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the 7 day period.
The detailed Service History can show all products in a group:

The dashboard also shows a calendar view by-product with different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during the selected period.
Statuses include:
Service is operating normally.
Performance issues.
Service disruption.
To view more information, click on the event.
Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.
