Missing data in the Fee Earner Management report

If the Fee Earner Management report isn't populating data for either the current or previous periods, it can be due to the schedule task not completing correctly. To resolve this, follow the steps below.

  1. Within LawFusion, access the Administrator's Desktop.

  2. Open Management Statistics Update.

  3. Complete the fields accordingly.

    For example, if the previous period isn't populating correctly, select that period for the Period to Update list.

  4. Click Update.

The report now populates data correctly.
