ease check no other users are reconciling the same bank, as you can only have one user reconciling a bank at a time.
If you are confident there are no users reconciling the bank you want to reconcile, please do the following:
Through the LAD on the Firm tab, navigate to the Administrators Desktop.
Note: If you don't have access, you'll need to ask a colleague with access.Double-click on Reset Flags.
Tick the banks option and then click OK.
Note: You will receive a prompt to advise that the reset was complete.Try to reconcile the bank again.
If the above doesn't work, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
