Message 'Bank is currently being reconciled'

When reconciling a bank, I receive the message 'Bank is currently being reconciled.'

ease check no other users are reconciling the same bank, as you can only have one user reconciling a bank at a time.

If you are confident there are no users reconciling the bank you want to reconcile, please do the following:

  1. Through the LAD on the Firm tab, navigate to the Administrators Desktop.
    ​ Note: If you don't have access, you'll need to ask a colleague with access.

  2. Double-click on Reset Flags.

  3. Tick the banks option and then click OK.
    ​Note: You will receive a prompt to advise that the reset was complete.

  4. Try to reconcile the bank again.

If the above doesn't work, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
