This article explains how to map printers through a remote desktop connection.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you've previously used the Screwdrivers program, you need to uninstall this first.

  1. Find your hosted Remote Desktop Connection shortcut.

  2. On the shortcut, right-click then click Edit.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you're on Windows 11, you need to click Show More Options first.

3. Click the Local Resources tab.

4. Under Local devices and resources, select the Printers checkbox.

5. Click the General tab then click Save.

If you're already signed in on your hosted session, you may need to sign out and then back in to view your printers
