To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
Within the desktop, type in the search bar Registration Settings and select to open.
On the first box, information will be displayed. Click Ok.
On the next screen, ensure that the Login box is de-selected and the Windows Auth with Email box is selected.
Click OK to apply this.
When you now open up Access Legal Fusion it should automatically take you to the main menu screen. If this is not the case please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
