To import files from your local desktop into Access Legal Fusion Hosted Environment please follow the below steps :
On your local desktop, open File Explorer and locate and open the C Drive
Create a new folder for your Files to add to Law Fusion.
Right-click on the folder and select More Option, Send To, Desktop(create shortcut) this will now link this to a folder on your local Desktop for ease.
Whilst Logged Out of Legal Fusion, right-click on the Remote Desktop connection icon and select Show More Options ,Edit.
Select the Local Resource tab /More( at the bottom)/tick the OS (C) .
General Tab/ Save.
Now when logged into Fusion , locate the C Drive through the File Explorer and the Folder created will appear , if you wish to have this folder on the Cloud Desktop follow step 3 .
For clients who are not signing into an RDP and have local installations of the software please just drag the file from the File Explorer location and drop into your Case Tray and this will insert a link to the document .
