If you have recently moved from single or multi screens and the Remote Desktop its not displayed as normal please follow the steps below to rectify.
From your local desktop open the Settings /Systems /Displays and select Identify Screens, all your monitors should be given a number, if this is not the case please contact your internal IT.
If any screen shows as 1/2 select the option Extend these displays .
Right Click on the Access Legal Fusion Icon on your local desktop and select Edit.
Select the Display Tab , and tick "all monitors for the remote session" , if you would like only one monitor for the cloud please un-tick this.
Save any changes in the General Tab .
If the display is still not working correctly please log into the Fee Earner Desktop and select File /Options/ Reset Screens /Reset All .
