How to re-enable the Word add-in

What to do if you can't insert your letterhead or your Word add-in has gone

Follow these steps if you no longer have the ability to insert your letterhead:

  1. Open Microsoft Word and then click File.

  2. Click Options and then click Add-ins.

  3. Click on the drop-down menu that says Manage.

  4. Select Word Add-ins and then click Go.

  5. Tick the unticked box in the Checked items are currently loaded area.

  6. close Microsoft word and reopen it

πŸ“ŒNote: The add-in should then appear on the top bar. If it doesn't, try the steps a second time.
