How to change the default media player

How to make videos play in the out tray of the fee earner desktop.

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

  1. Click on the windows icon on screen

  2. open the Control Panel

  3. Click on Default Programs

  4. Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program

  5. Locate the media file type and then click Change Program

  6. Change the player to VLC media player

  7. The media will now play
