Grey screen on VAT MTD authorisation

Grey screen is coming up when trying to authorise the user for VAT

  1. ENSURE YOU HAVE LOGGED OUT OF ACCESS LEGAL FUSION.

  2. Browse to https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/

  3. On the page that opens click 'Download Now.'

  4. Under the Evergreen Standalone Installer header, click X86.

  5. This opens a screen saying Download the Evergreen Webview2 Runtime standalone explorer.

  6. Click Accept and Download.

  7. Once downloaded this file I believe will go into the C drive for the server which is available for all users on that RDS.

  8. Right click on the downloaded file, then click run as Administrator.

  9. Once this runs you can close it and then log back into Access Legal Fusion.

⚠️Important: When downloading you will need 32bit Edge or it won't install after the installation it doesn't matter the version.
