This would be dealt with by your credit controller who would be able to answer any queries regarding your invoices and look at any overpayments or issues with the direct debits.
You can contact the main number and ask to be put through to the credit control department from reception, or you can email through to your credit controller.
General issue with the support bills
Need to contact the people who deal with our credit control regarding bills and the direct debit payments. My bill total is incorrect.
