Fee Earner Desktop does not pull through to second screen

How to pull the Fee Earner's Desktop to my second screen?

If your Fee Earner's desktop does not pull through the second screen, please follow the next steps:

  1. Right click on Access Legal Fusion icon

  2. Click on Edit (in case edit does not appear in the list, click show more options)

  3. Click on Display

  4. Check the box for option Use all my monitors for the remote session

  5. Click on General

  6. Click on Save (located under connection settings)

  7. Connect Access Legal Fusion
