In order to Export Case documents, you must 1st have the permissions to do so, these can be granted by another user who has access to the Administrators Desktop /User Manager/Select User/ Edit Privileges /Case Management/Tick Can Auth Documents and Allow User to Create Zip Files

To Export Case information please follow the steps below.
For Word Documents from the case Out Tray , hold down the shift key and highlight the files you wish to Export.
Right Click and Export/Zip Documents.
The system will then begin to Zip the files selected to Export and a Save As prompt will appear for you to select where on the local desktop you wish to save them.
If the system appears to be unresponsive, please select the link below to raise a support ticket. .
For PDFs open the file and select the option to Export to the Local Desktop.
For any images attached to the case that can not be exported we recommend using a tool such as Snippet to screenshot the images and save them to the Local Desktop.
Case Financial or Time Ledger can also be opened and Exported in the same way as the PDFs to the local desktop.
