There will be a specific reason as to why you received an error in Access Legal Fusion. The first thing to check is if FED or LAD are pinned to the taskbar and un-pin them by right-clicking > Unpin from taskbar. Having these pinned will not allow some background updates to be completed when using the Access Legal Fusion icon.
