Duplicate a stage on my Crime case

To add another stage to a Crime Case please follow the below steps.

  1. From the crime case select File, New Matter .

  2. Follow the Wizard -when asked "Do you wish to use the client---?" select yes.

  3. When prompted " Work Type Selection"- select the stage you wish to duplicate.

  4. Fill in all the Matter details and complete however Leave the Legal Aid section Blank.

  5. From the original case stage you are duplicating, select Matter\Edit and locate the Legal Aid tab and copy the UFN Number.

  6. Now move back to the new matter you just created, select Edit /Matter/ locate the Legal Aid tab and paste the UFN number into the box provided, and complete.

  7. This will now move the new Matter to the case and your stages will appear down the right-hand can Right-click and rename each stage to make recording time to the correct stage easier to recognize.
