Document Bundler Fails to Convert Files

My document Bundler is showing errors about converting files failed. What can I do if a Bundle fails to convert files?

If you have files that are failing to convert in the Bundler please try the steps below to try and correct this:

  1. If any documents are failing that are PDFs that you have created from a Word Document, please re-create and save these files to your Fusion Desktop (the Bundler will automatically convert these to PDF for you )

  2. If PDFs are failing that cannot be converted to Word documents, please save these to the Fusion Desktop rather than the case Out Tray and try to add them again.

  3. To import files saved to the Desktop in the Bundler, please select Add Document and locate the file path to the desktop, and Open. These will appear in the Bundle Structure for you to drag and drop.

  4. If the PDF files still fail, please print /scan these back into the system and save them to the Fusion Desktop and try to create the bundle again after adding the New Document.
