If you require a case to be deleted due to the case been open in error or two cases attached to the same matter you can follow the below:
Login to the Fee Earner Desktop (FED) and select the Case option at the top.
Put in the required Case Reference number you want to delete.
Go to the Case tab and if you have authority there will be a Delete Case option.
Select this option and OK to delete.
β οΈImportant: If you have balances on the matter and the Case is linked or you have already used the Case for submissions or attaching documents to. Then the case will need to be closed rather than deleted.
