This can be amended in the Debtor Maintenance area to be the correct office value received:
From the Accounts Desktop go into the Enquiries tab.
Select Debtors.
Put in Account Ref then select Search.
The matter and outstanding debtor balance will come up as required.
Double click on the Bill number required.
Select Edit at the right hand side.
Amend the value received in on the Office Rec's if the monies have been received into office already but hasn't allocated correctly.
You can also put it in the Write off column if that is what happened on the ledger with the bill on the matter.
Select Apply and put the date in for posting.
