If you find that your Access Legal Fusion crashes whilst entering or navigating inside the Out Tray, it may be due to the use of the Preview window. This can be toggled on and off with the tick box at the top of the Out Tray. The system crashes as the Preview window is trying to display something that it can't.
This is not common amongst Word, PDF, PowerPoint and links documents and is occasionally an issue with emails. The issue area is around internet links that are saved to the Out Tray as the Preview pane is not able to view internet pages.
If you need to save an internet page, it is recommended to save the link in a Text or Word document. If you need some information or a screenshot from a webpage, then this can be copied and pasted into a Word document and saved. This will allow you to continue to have the Preview window open whilst going through all of the Out Tray documents.
If it is not possible to alter the problematic document, then you will need to have the Preview window switched off to navigate to it and open it.
