Close Matters & cases greyed out

Unable to click the Close Matters & Cases button. How do I enable the Close Matter & Cases button.

Within Access Legal Fusion, you can give someone permission to access the Close Matters & Cases function.

To do this, follow our video or the steps listed below:

  1. From within the Fee Earner Desktop, click Admin then click Administrators Desktop.

  2. Click User Manager then select the check box next to the required user.

  3. Click User Privileges then double-click Database.

  4. Select the Bulk close Matters & Cases check box.

  5. Close the windows and ask the user to log out of Access Legal Fusion and back in.
