Within Access Legal Fusion, you can give someone permission to access the Close Matters & Cases function by following our video or the steps listed below:
đ¤ Tip: If Close Matters & Cases is greyed out, you don't have access to it.
From within the Fee Earner Desktop, click Admin then click Administrators Desktop.
Click User Manager then select the required user.
Click User Privileges then double-click Database.
Select the Bulk close Matters & Cases check box.
Close the windows and ask the user to log out and back in.
