Can I change the workflow of an open case?

You cannot currently change the workflow of an open case.
​
This is because of the considerable adjustments that would have to be made and also, some work could have already been done in the other workflow.
​
We recommend you create a new case, transfer any files that may be relevant, and delete the old case.
