Categorize the Case Out Tray on a Case-by-Case basis

Can exceptions be made to the categories set in a workflow Out Tray on a case by case basis?

The categories for the Out Tray of each Workflow are set up as a template in Procedure File Maintenance however if exceptions arise and a case needs to have these adjusted the following privileges can be granted to allow for this;

  1. Administrators Desktop, User Manager

  2. Select the User who you want to allow to make these changes to the Out Tray, User Privileges.

  3. Select the Case Management

  4. Tick the option for "Can Customize Categories"
