Black boxes appearing in remote desktop

How to stop the black boxes appearing in the Access Legal Fusion remote desktop.

Please follow the instructions below to stop black boxes appearing in parts of the screen in the Access Legal Fusion desktop:

  1. Right-click over the Access Legal Fusion icon on your local desktop.

  2. Select the Edit option.

  3. Click the Experience tab.

  4. Deselect Persistent bitmap caching.

  5. Click the General tab and then click Save.

When you sign into the Access Legal Fusion desktop the black boxes should no longer appear.

📌Note: If you're using Windows 11 you need to select Show More Options and then select Edit
