Billing time recording entries failure

The time recording entries cannot be shown in the Time Ledger.

One of the causes why the time recording entries are not showing on the Time Ledger is because the corresponding time periods are not opened.

For opening the time periods please follow the next steps:

  1. Go to the Admin toolbar in the Fee Earner Desktop

  2. Select the Administrators Desktop

  3. Go to Periods Maintenance

  4. Select the correspondent time period that matches your time recording entry (and if applicable, the ones before that)

  5. Click on Open/Close to open the period
