Automatic Outlook signature

How to set an automatic Outlook signature.

If you need to set your signature to be automatic follow the steps below:

  1. Click New Email.

  2. Click Signature.

  3. Click Signatures.

  4. Click the drop down arrow for New messages.

  5. Select the relevant signature.

  6. Click the drop down arrow for Replies/forwards.

  7. Select your signature.

  8. Click Ok.
